Key Responsibilities and job-related duties required to support business needs include but are not limited to:
Sales & Revenue Performance
- Monitor and achieve monthly GMV and net sales targets per brand and per platform
- Track conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and units sold at the SKU level
- Execute pricing strategies in alignment with platform pricing guidelines and margin requirements
- Identify underperforming brands or categories and escalate with actionable recommendations
Platform Operations
- Maintain complete, accurate, and optimized product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (product names, images, keywords, content)
- Manage stock visibility, SKU availability flags, and coordinate internally on replenishment needs
- Oversee store health metrics including seller ratings, response rates, and dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate records in shared trackers and the SKU Masterlist
- Coordinate with in-house designers on creating assets for assigned stores
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute platform campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, brand days, mega sales) aligned to the monthly campaign calendar
- Coordinate campaign mechanics, discount structures, and promotional assets with the E-Commerce Lead
- Monitor live campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities in real time for applicable stores
- Ensure timely submission of brand nominations, deal enrollments, and platform campaign requirements
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports per brand and per platform
- Track KPIs including sessions, conversion rate, GMV, and ad spend efficiency
- Surface actionable insights from platform dashboards (Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller) and contribute to team performance reviews
- Maintain accurate records in shared trackers and support the E-Commerce Lead in data gathering for overall data-driven decision making
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with the brand and creative team for content requirements and campaign materials
- Coordinate with platform account managers to maximize support, visibility, and promotional slots
- Collaborate with internal warehouse/operations teams to align operational concerns
Minimum Qualifications
The E-Commerce Specialist manages and scales Kimstore's online sales channels across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, while handling a multi-brand portfolio. This role is responsible for end-to-end platform operations, campaign execution, and performance reporting, and combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth across all assigned brands and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform operations (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with large datasets and multi-tab trackers
- Familiarity with GA4 and platform seller dashboards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, especially in product data management and pricing accuracy
- Able to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously without losing accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Creative sensibility with the ability to write or brief compelling product copy and promotional messaging
- Experience coordinating with or briefing a creative/content team
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop's content-commerce model (live selling, shoppable videos, affiliate creator coordination) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of SEO principles as applied to marketplace listings
- Able to interpret platform analytics and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong sense of ownership — treats assigned brands and platforms as their own business
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to reprioritize quickly in a campaign-driven, fast-paced environment
