- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Handle collections and AR monitoring
- Record, track, and reconcile company expenses
- Maintain accurate records in Xero (and support potential transition to QuickBooks if required)
- Prepare and file BIR tax forms (e.g., 1601-EQ, 1601-F, 2550Q, 2550M, 1701, etc.)
- Coordinate with BIR and government offices when required
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Assist with administrative and office operations (approx. 30%, may increase based on needs)
- Help clean up and organize financial records as part of ongoing system improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting practices
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and presentation)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional work ethic and commitment to confidentiality
