We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to provide high-level operational and managerial support across the business. This role requires an experienced finance professional with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare internal data model input files and splits for review
- Conduct wire verifications and review wire sheets
- Prepare weekly liquidity forecasts
- Execute internal transfers and money market fund subscriptions/redemptions
- Prepare line of credit draw/paydown documentation
- Manage bank, broker, and crypto account openings
- Maintain the fund documentation tracker
- Track deal documentation
- Conduct custody reconciliations
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial operations with exposure to executive-level interactions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities based on deal flow and business needs
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours and adjust schedules as needed
