1. Willing to learn about healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
