Visual Merchandiser  

About the role:
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and overseeing all activities related to visual merchandising across local and international stores. This role will include designing and implementing effective merchandise displays, optimizing store layouts, and enhancing in-store presentations. The Visual Merchandiser will also work closely with store personnel to ensure they are properly trained on display guidelines and will support marketing events and other company activities as needed.

What you will do:

1. Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
   • Plan, develop, and implement visual merchandising strategies for local and international stores.
   • Design and execute window displays, from simple to more complex installations, ensuring alignment with brand image and promotional strategies.
   • Curate and create engaging in-store displays to showcase merchandise effectively.
   • Develop and implement space productivity plans and store layouts to maximize sales potential.
   • Regularly assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising and make improvements based on feedback and performance.
2. Training & Store Personnel Support
   • Provide orientation and training to store personnel on visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across all store locations.
   • Ensure store teams are well-equipped to maintain and update displays according to current merchandising strategies.
3. Collaboration with Marketing & Events
   • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide support for special events such as fashion shows, company events, and exhibits.
   • Contribute to the creation of visually compelling displays for these events, ensuring they represent the brand’s vision and objectives.
4. Additional Duties
   • Perform other duties or functions as assigned by the company, supporting cross-departmental needs and initiatives as required.

• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Knowledge of space planning and store layout optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and working with store staff.
• Ability to adapt to evolving trends in visual merchandising and marketing.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or related fields.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional travel may be required for local store support and special events.
• Flexibility in working hours may be needed for event support and store launches.
• This is purely work on site.
