- Record daily transactions (sales, parts purchases, labor costs, expenses)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor invoices
- Track inventory costs for parts and modification kits
- Process payroll
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with tax filing prep
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficient in financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using accounting software
