Content Strategist & Writer AI, SaaS and B2B  

Help shape the voice of a growing AI and SaaS company.

We're looking for a curious, research-driven Content Strategist & Writer who enjoys learning complex topics and turning them into valuable content.

This isn't a traditional content writing role where you'll simply be assigned blog topics. You'll work closely with our leadership team and subject matter experts to uncover insights from customer conversations, meeting transcripts, product discussions, documentation, and industry research—then transform them into content that educates, builds trust, and supports organic growth.

What You'll Do

• Research our products, competitors, customers, and industry trends.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather insights and create meaningful content.
• Turn meeting transcripts, documentation, customer questions, and internal knowledge into blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, website content, case studies, and video scripts.
• Develop content ideas based on customer needs, search intent, SEO, and AI search trends (AEO).
• Collaborate with leadership and SEO to build a content strategy that supports business growth.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, organize ideas, and improve productivity while maintaining high editorial quality.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats across different channels.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Technical Writing, Product Marketing, or B2B Content Writing.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Naturally curious and comfortable learning technical topics.
• Experience interviewing SMEs or collaborating with product, engineering, or technical teams.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and search intent.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest content opportunities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
• SaaS, ERP, HR Tech, AI, or B2B software
• WordPress or another CMS
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console
• Ahrefs or SEMrush
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or NotebookLM
• Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Fathom, Fireflies, or similar collaboration/documentation tools
