Social Media Intern

You’ll help attract and interact with our podcasters' listeners and communities, supporting both current and prospective podcast fans. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (text, images, video, and audio) that builds meaningful connections with our podcast community.
• Help set up and optimize podcasters' profiles across various social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Write episode titles, descriptions, and show notes that capture the essence of each episode and attract listeners.
• Moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines to maintain a positive environment.
• Support in creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
• Collect, analyze, and report on social media data and insights, helping to improve strategies and optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with departments such as customer relations and sales to manage reputation, coordinate actions, and identify key opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field)
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with the brand voice.
• A genuine interest in social media trends and best practices.
• Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support various team members.
