Marketing Assistant  

The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. This position is essential to the efficient operation of the Sales and Marketing department and contributes directly to achieving its objectives and driving the long-term growth of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing marketing analytics tools to collect and interpret data from sources such as social media, web analytics, and search rankings.
• Preparing and delivering promotional presentations.
• Creating and publishing online content on the company website and social media platforms.
• Writing marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and other literature, to enhance the company’s market presence.
• Performing daily administrative tasks to support the coordination and functionality of department activities.
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer feedback, rating reports, and questionnaires.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts, or equivalent
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing an advantage
• Updated on social media trends and content creation a definite advantage
• Can start by July 2025
