Quality Assurance Analyst  

Job Role:

• This is a full-time on-site role as a BPO Quality Analyst in Legazpi
• The BPO Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and consistency of service across all engagements and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and promote process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control programs within a BPO environment.
• Experience in documenting and presenting processes, analyzing data, and preparing reports for senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and solutions with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
• Must be amenable to work on site in Legazpi.
