Job Description
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with wineries and distributors, securing favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, and pricing fluctuations.
- Prepares Purchase Orders and work hand in hand with the Importation Officer (Distribution side) and Inventory Officer (Retail side.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Distribution and Retail Suppliers.
- Manage and maintain a database of supplier information, product details, and pricing.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials for specific wines.
- Manage and forecast procurement budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless wine selection and procurement.
- Reviews hotel and restaurant accreditations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration or any related courses
- Minimum of at least 1 year related work experience, fr4esh Grad are welcome
- Numerical and administrative skills for accurate order processing and technical data entry
- Maintains confidentiality of purchasing information
- Developing good relationship and tactful in dealing with people, approachable
- Compliant with the standard operating procedures , policies and regulations of the company
- Attentive hearing and demonstrating understanding of what needed
- Highly-organized, has time management skills and meeting the deadlines set
- Checking accuracy in one's work or task
- Shows concern to subordinates and in all areas of a given task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Conveying information accurately in an appropriate written format expressing once self effectively in writing
- Being able to work independently as well as working on a team
- Can be trusted to perform duties in proper and honest manner
- Computer skills and knowledge to achieve work goals
