Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold outreach (emails, calls, etc.). Identify and qualify new business opportunities in designated territories or markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Presentations & Demos: Conduct product or service presentations, both virtually and in-person, to prospects and clients. Highlight key features and benefits tailored to the client’s needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring all aspects of the agreement align with both client and company objectives.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position products/services and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may arise.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role in [industry/sector].
