Sales Support Personnel  

Job description

• Conducts comprehensive route rides to review and validate the completeness and accuracy of sales documents, ensuring compliance with established sales processes.
• Interacts professionally with store/outlet staff to collect and verify sales documentation, including but not limited to sales invoices, delivery receipts, return slips, and other relevant records.
• Performs spot checks, including inventory audits and cash counts, to verify that the physical products in the delivery truck accurately correspond with the accompanying documentation and system records, ensuring inventory integrity and preventing discrepancies
• Executes thorough compliance audits to identify potential fraudulent practices, errors, and instances of non-compliance with company policies and procedures
• Meticulously document findings and prepare detailed daily reports summarizing route ride activities and observations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least High School Graduate or College level, any business or vocational course
• Has good customer service skills
• Has good communication skills
• Driver's license is an advantage but not required (2-wheel or 4-wheel)
• Work locations: Laguna, Pampanga, and Eastern Visayas
• Can start immediately
