Distribution Lead Man  

The Distribution Lead Man will be responsible in providing assistance in truck scheduling, monitoring and coordinating third-party trucker performance, maintaining ISO documentation, and performing other related distribution functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Coordination
- Monitor the status of delivery vehicles, including the delivery of new units by suppliers,
repairs, breakdowns, and regular preventive maintenance.
2. Truck Scheduling
- Schedule delivery trucks based on sales requirements, including Transfer Trucks and
Preload trucks.
- Schedule field-based personnel manning.
3. Expense Management
- Prepare distribution expense reimbursements, allowances, and overtime calculations.
4. Third-Party Truckers Monitoring
- Monitor the performance of third-party truckers, ensuring compliance with company
requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party truckers regarding their performance, personnel, potential new routes, and outlets.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Monitor and prepare reports on trucker crews' pending and unremitted documents.
- Prepare and maintain ISO and HACCP records for the distribution section.
6. Training and Orientation
- Conduct training and orientation sessions for new and existing truckers.
7. Support and Supervision
- Assist the Distribution Supervisor in handling other sub-operations in the distribution section.
- Assist the Distribution Supervisor with the renewal of trucker contracts.
- Perform supervisory functions in the absence of the Distribution Supervisor.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any four (4) year course related to Logistics or Supply Chain
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience related to planning
• Computer literate; Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Tools and Application
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, extended hours and during holidays
