Job Description
- The person will be in charge of hiring potential candidates.
- Plan the interview and selection process from an end-to-end perspective.
- Builds strong top-level talent on pipelines and a comprehensive reporting structure for proper visibility and updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of AB/BS major in Psychology or Behavioral Science
- With at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably coming from executive search or manufacturing companies
- Experience in mass hiring and corporate hiring
- Executive Search Experience
- Technical Recruiter would be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna
