The Marketing Manager is responsible to lead all marketing initiatives of the Kaiyi Automotive or introducing the Fortune Electricars Philippine Corp. [FEPC] in the Philippine market. This role focuses on strategic planning, campaign execution, brand development, digital growth, and partnerships to boost vehicle sales, strengthen brand presence, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the Philippine automotive market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, TV, radio) that promote vehicle models, services, and enhance brand visibility.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging, identity, and customer experience across all platforms and marketing materials.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Product Launches
Coordinate with product and sales teams to design and implement impactful vehicle launch campaigns that resonate with target customers.
Digital Marketing
Lead the execution of digital strategies including SEO/SEM, content creation, social media management, and email campaigns to maximize online engagement and lead generation.
Event Coordination
Organize and manage brand events, trade shows, roadshows, and customer engagement activities to increase exposure and drive interest.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, dealerships, and automotive organizations to enhance brand reputation and reach.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing efforts, assess campaign ROI, and deliver actionable insights through regular reports.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in the automotive industry or a closely related field.

Demonstrated success in developing and managing marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Strong knowledge of automotive consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Philippines.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
