Creative Content Associate  

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Plan social media calendars and craft heartwarming, professional write-ups, post-event summaries, and regular community updates in coordination with local chapters.

• Design & Presentation Layouts: Apply proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) to produce visual layouts for daily devotions, promotional posters, event videos, and meeting presentation slides.

• Multimedia Content Repurposing: Transform long-form content into short-form platform-optimized posts and produce audio versions of video materials.

• Creative Workflow & Asset Management: Manage internal review and approval workflows, upload finalized assets to the central repository, and maintain structured file organization.

• Omnichannel Distribution & Communication: Handle final posting across all Company’s CSR official BAM channels and manage mobile, email, and social media platforms to field community inquiries.

The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for managing and supporting Business as Mission (BAM) initiatives and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs of CRT Aroma Philippines, Inc.

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital copywriting, or visual design (or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating digital native capabilities).

• Dedicated Christian whose life genuinely reflects a heart for God's purposes and principles of stewardship.

• Familiar with or eager to learn about the Corporate Social Reponsibility of the Company- Business as Mission (BAM) movement.

• Familiarity with short-form content repurposing and basic audio editing/production.

• Basic proficiency in Canva (or similar design software) for visual asset development.
