Role Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to 100 leads per day using various platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Apollo. You will develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential clients, helping to drive the company's growth in the AI and outsourcing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact 100 new leads per day within the B2B and startup sectors in North America.
  • Utilize Apollo and LinkedIn to find and connect with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to effectively attract and engage potential clients.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments, particularly within the AI and outsourcing sectors.
  • Invest time in personal and professional growth to advance within the company.
