Company Summary:
Ecube Labs is a leading company in the smart waste management industry. Our waste brokerage business, Haulla, now serves over 20 states and continues to expand in North America.
Position Summary:
Haulla is looking for a remote sales representative who can build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing contracts by calling business owners in US cities. Successful candidates will work fully remotely during US business hours (09:00-17:00 CT).
Compensation:
- Base hourly rate provided
- Commission structure in addition to hourly rate
- Recurring bonuses on top of hourly rate and commission
Benefits and Support:
- 2-weeks of training
- 2 months of structured onboarding and performance-driven guidance led by accomplished Sales Team Leaders
- Total $800 USD "settling-in grant" given for the first 2 months if you fulfill the requirements (not included in your base rate)
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- This is a dedicated full-time position
- Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful outbound sales experience
- Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios
- Excellent verbal English skills are required in order to effectively communicate with US-based customers
- Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate various online software and CRM tools such as Hubspot as well as our internal products
