The Administrative Services Liaison is responsible for providing administrative support and acting as the main coordinator for government and external agency transactions. This role ensures the efficient flow of permits, licenses and official documents related to real estate development projects, while maintaining internal documentation and supporting day-to-day office administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in admin, liaison, or compliance support work (real estate background preferred)
- Skills:
- Familiarity with government agency processes (e.g., BIR, SEC, LGUs, DHSUD)
- Organized, with attention to detail in document handling
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to manage fieldwork, follow-ups, and office-based reporting
