Your role:
• Respond to customer messages and concerns
• Process orders and follow up on payments and deliveries
• Maintain customer records and assist with basic admin tasks
• Coordinate with our kitchen and delivery teams
• Create simple promotional materials and publish social media posts
Schedule & Benefits:

Minimum Qualifications
We’re hiring a Social Media Associate!
📍 Full-time, onsite position
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• At least 1 year of customer service, food delivery, retail, or related experience
freelance and informal experience welcome!
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills
• Patient, friendly, and confident in handling customer concerns
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
