About The Role:
To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) — DarwinBox — by maintaining employee data, supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and providing data-driven insights that support strategic people decisions and HR operational efficiency.
What Will You Do:
- Maintain and update employee data and organizational structure in DarwinBox to ensure database accuracy and timeliness.
 - Provide first-level technical support to users for HRIS-related issues, coordinating with DarwinBox support for resolution.
 - Support HR modules’ configuration (attendance, leave, performance, recruitment, payroll, etc.) to meet business requirements.
 - Monitor data flow and integration between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, access control) to ensure data consistency.
 - Conduct regular system audits and validations to ensure compliance, data protection, and process alignment with HR policy.
 - Generate periodic HR analytics and reports (headcount, attrition, demographic, leave, etc.) for management review.
 - Support new HRIS module implementation or enhancement projects, including testing, training, and documentation.
 - Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and HRIS data flow documentation for internal reference.
 - Provide HRIS-related training and guidance for end-users (HR teams, employees, and managers).
 - Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to improve HRIS processes and automation opportunities.
 
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Competency Requirements:
- Proficiency in DarwinBox HRIS platform administration
 - Understanding of HR processes: recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance, and organization structure
 - Basic knowledge of data integration and system logic
 - Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau preferred)
 - Familiarity with HR data privacy and compliance regulations
