- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and programs.
- Support project tracking, status monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Assist in testing new systems, applications, and process improvements.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Help identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Maintain project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Provide administrative support for program management activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn project management methodologies and IT processes.
