Job Description

1. Mencapai target sales bulanan yang diberikan. Target berupa target sales Shopee Live
2. Melakukan live streaming Shopee 6 jam sehari. Dengan pembagian 2 sesi, dalam sesi live streaming harus dapat menjelaskan keunggulan produk dan menarik pelanggan untuk membeli melalui platform live streaming.
3. Memahami produk dan mengenal keunggulan masing-masing produk, baik produk yang sudah ada maupun produk-produk baru yang akan terus ada.
4. Memahami tata letak toko dan lokasi barang di mana live stream dilakukan, sehingga dapat memandu acara dengan lancar.
5. Mencari peluang dan ide untuk terus meningkatkan sales live streaming.
6. Melakukan research dan persiapan livestreaming

Minimum Qualifications

Minimal lulusan SMA/ SMK.
Memiliki komunikasi dalam menjelaskan sebuah produk dengan baik.
Memiliki kemampuan menjadi Host Live Streaming
Berpenampilan menarik dan percaya diri tampil di depan kamera
Mau belajar terkait product furnitur
Bersedia bekerja di Dekoruma Experience Center
Diutamakan yang sudah memiliki pengalaman/ portfolio live stream

SKILL

Memiliki komunikasi dalam menjelaskan sebuah produk dengan baik
Memiliki kemampuan berinteraksi dengan baik dan ceria dengan penonton, dan mampu mengajak penonton untuk membeli barang melalui live stream
