Video Production Specialist  

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Video Production Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing content—moving from initial storyboard concepts to final, polished edits. You aren't just an editor; you are a visual storyteller who can capture high-quality footage on a mirrorless camera, pivot to trending mobile content, and elevate every frame with motion graphics.

As a key member of our Production Specialist Team, you will work alongside other creative experts and report directly to a Producer. This role is designed for a collaborative "maker" who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced production ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Producer, fellow specialists and creatives to develop compelling narratives, ensuring every video tells a clear story that drives marketing objectives.
• End-to-End Production: Lead the production process from pre-production (storyboarding/scripting) to principal photography and final delivery.
• Cinematography & Capture: Confidently operate mirrorless cameras (Sony) for high-end assets and mobile devices for agile, social-first content.
• Post-Production Mastery: Edit high-engagement video for digital marketing platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) using Adobe Premiere Pro and Cap cut.
• Motion Graphics & Fixes: Utilize After Effects to create animations, lower thirds, and revise existing graphics with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or assets to align with brand standards.
• AI Integration: Leverage basic AI tools (e.g., Generative Fill, AI voice enhancement, Generation, automated captioning, or script-aid tools) to optimize workflow and enhance production value.
• Team Contribution: Actively participate in team reviews and brainstorms, contributing to a healthy and highly productive work ecosystem.

Technical Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects; Sufficient experience with Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Equipment: Proven experience with mirrorless camera setups (lighting, audio, and framing) and mobile content creation tools.
• Animation: Solid foundational skills in 2D animation and motion design.
• AI Savvy: Familiarity with modern AI-driven creative tools to stay ahead of industry trends.

Team & Reporting Structure

• Direct Supervisor: You will report directly to a Producer, receiving guidance on project scope, creative direction, and deadlines.
• The Team: You will be part of a dedicated team of Production Specialists and Creatives, collaborating on large-scale projects and sharing best practices to maintain a high standard of output.
• Work Ecosystem: We value a "team-first" mentality. You must be highly contributive, open to feedback, and willing to support fellow specialists and creatives during high-volume periods.

Hybrid Work Model

• Remote Work: Flexibility to work from home for editing, post-production, and administrative tasks.
• In-Person Requirements: You must be available to report to the office or external locations for scheduled shoots, team production meetings, and equipment management.
