Project Manager (Microsoft Technology Focus)  

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage team members and budgets to meet financial goals.

Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, standards-compliant delivery.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks.

Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with Microsoft best practices.

Problem Solving: Analyze project challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth progress.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and reports.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, progress, and issues.

Reporting: Provide regular progress reports and future plans to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Experience: 8+ years in development, with 5+ years of project management.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (C#, .Net, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.) and project management tools.

Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.

Time & Stress Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under pressure.
