Process Engineer  

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations by developing efficient production processes, optimizing standard manhours, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for analyzing production workflows, establishing standard work, and ensuring optimal factory utilization to support operational efficiency and cost control.

This position is ideal for Industrial Engineering professionals with experience in process improvement, time and motion studies, and manufacturing operations within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Development and Standardization

Create and establish standard work procedures and manhour standards across the product development cycle.

Estimate manhour requirements for new products using Engineering BOM and technical drawings.

Validate and update standard manhours for existing products based on actual production data and process validation.

Update process standards in response to design modifications and process changes affecting product models.

Process Improvement and Optimization

Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.

Conduct process analysis and recommendations to optimize manufacturing workflows.

Capacity Planning and Factory Utilization

Perform capacity analysis of support shops and assembly lines to determine factory utilization.

Monitor production capacity and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.

Tooling and Process Control

Manage the issuance, validation, control, and monitoring of production templates and jigs.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to engineering and manufacturing standards.

Process Audit and Compliance

Conduct process audits in preparation for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge in time and motion study, cost standard hour estimation, and process analysis.

Proficiency in process engineering tools and manufacturing systems.

Excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.

Able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Can start immediately.

Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna.
