Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (70%)
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end learning programs (technical, leadership, behavioral, and compliance).
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning solutions based on organizational priorities.
- Develop learning materials, training calendars, and evaluation tools.
- Facilitate in-house training sessions and coordinate external training providers.
- Monitor training effectiveness using post-training evaluations and learning metrics.
- Manage learning platforms, records, and training documentation.
Employee Engagement (30%)
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and programs that strengthen culture and morale.
- Lead company-wide events such as town halls, team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to address engagement gaps and improve employee experience.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvement actions.
Stakeholder & Project Management (Essential)
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to align learning and engagement initiatives.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on program outcomes and engagement insights.

The Learning & Development Senior Specialist cum Employee Engagement is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs while driving employee engagement initiatives that support talent development, performance improvement, and organizational culture. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure learning strategies and engagement programs are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Employee Engagement.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in program management and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
