About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized SBU Profit and Cost Allocation Associate to join our growing team at Concepcion Business Services, Inc. on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our cost accounting processes and analyzing financial data to help drive strategic business decisions. This is a project-based opportunity, based in our Muntinlupa City office in Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Profit and Cost Allocation personnel is responsible for performing cost analyses. They are responsible for performing detailed analysis and research focused on the allocation of expenses to key legal entities.
- Analyze historical cost allocation detail, profit and cost analyses and produce Profit and Cost Analysis Reports, Profit and Cost Forecast Reports
- Perform monthly and year-end true ups of relevant profit and cost allocations (including Management Fee Allocation, Income and Cost Allocation)
- Analyze and report profit margins and prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
- Perform all other tasks as necessary and to assist the Financial Controlle
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Analytical skills along with the ability to combine different data and calculate profit margins.
- Able to create detailed reports that present cost-effective solutions for the company.
- Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa East Service Road
