- Supports the Head of Sales in managing relationships with fund partners, financial institutions, and the agency sales force
- Manages the onboarding process for new fund partners, from initial engagement to final compliance, coordinating with internal departments
- Prepares presentations, reports, and materials for meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Assists in planning and executing client engagement initiatives, webinars, events, and educational materials
- Collaborates with other departments to enhance client engagement and trading activities
- Performs such other and job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- With at least 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, banking, sales, marketing, business development, or partnerships, but fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with fund providers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about investment products
