- Memimpin desain & development aplikasi fullstack (frontend + backend)
- Tetap hands-on coding dan melakukan code review
- Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis client menjadi solusi teknis
- Berkomunikasi dengan stakeholder (teknis & non-teknis)
- Mengatur task tim dan memastikan delivery tepat waktu
- Mendesain arsitektur (API, database, scalability, security)
- Mengawasi deployment, CI/CD, dan performa sistem
Minimum Qualifications
- Pengalaman 3- 5 tahun di software development, dengan pengalaman lead
- Menguasai frontend (React/Angular/Vue) & backend (Node.js/Java/Python/.NET)
- Paham API, database (SQL/NoSQL), dan system design
- Familiar dengan cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & DevOps (Docker, CI/CD)
- Strong problem solving & komunikasi (client-facing)
- Terbiasa kerja di environment consulting / multi-project (nilai tambah)
