Job Description
- Organize and maintain company or project documents, both online and offline, according to operational needs.
- Prepare and standardize filing formats to ensure consistency and easy retrieval.
- Assist in document classification, naming conventions, and version control.
- Support internal teams in managing access to and updating shared documentation.
- Perform data cleanup or reorganization of existing files in cloud storage or internal repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, etc.).
- Help ensure documentation compliance with company policies and security standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Freshgraduate from reputable university.

Passionate about administration.

Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple files or data sources.

Comfortable working with digital storage systems (Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Basic understanding of document structure, naming conventions, or file management is a plus.

Willing to work full onsite from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
