Will be handling BSP's Events & Activations clients Identifies and wins client engagements for the organization Understands and translates client requirements into a product/service/contract that is tailored to client needs Maintains rapport with client and ensures that client expectations are met. This also includes resolution of concerns and issues to retain the client Coordinates with relevant units/positions such as project management, business development, sales & marketing, information technology to ensure retention Performs spot audits on client accounts on a periodic basis. The employee’s full-time employment is as Junior Finance & Admin Associate, reporting to the Finance Manager. A more specific description of the employee’s duties and responsibilities is outlined hereafter: Performs end-to-end accounts receivables processes such as collection, liquidations, etc. Prepares and finalizes all government filings (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, among others) ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports Provides support to the Finance & Admin team as needed Be a model of out three core values: Excellence, Integrity, and Malasakit

Develops and conceptualizes events per the specific needs of a client. This also includes closely working with the clients to level-set expectations. Oversees the implementation and conduct of all projects assigned such as timeline, set design, artwork and themes, and other technical aspects of a project. Manages and coordinates with vendors and third-party providers to facilitate the smooth conduct of projects. Closely coordinates with the project team and account manager to facilitate smooth conduct of projects. To be the key business development point person responsible for finding and closing new clients for Blue Spark Solutions and its sister companies Work with the creatives team to develop selling materials Go on client calls to present Blue Spark's portfolio of services Follow through with potential new clients to close the first project. Build relationships and follow through with existing clients to ensure longevity of business.

Manage fabrication projects from costing to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Work closely with accounts, production , suppliers, and contractor / fabrication teams to ensure that all project requirements are met. Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all projects are up-to-date and accurate. Manage and monitor project budgets and costs, and ensure that all work is carried out within budget. Monitor project progress and identify any issues or problems that may impact the project timeline or budget. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers /contractors and ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and timely. Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency. Translate big ideas into various creative executions (BTL, Digital, etc.) Brainstorm, build stories, and craft threshed-out ideas for both pitches and execution decks Be able to present these ideas to clients Oversee production of all creative outputs related to these ideas Prepare scripts, ad hoc copies, name studies, and presentations Work under the Head of Content & Creatives Be a model of our three core values: Excellence, Integrity, and Malasakit
