- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Oversees an organization's staffing needs.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Answering general HR queries
- Assist with various HR departmental initiatives, programs, and events, as well as serve on project teams and committees as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or its equivalent
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection / Training and Organizational Development is an advantage but fresh graduates.
- Computer literate
- Organized, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Personable and able to interact with all levels of the organization
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
