- Monitoring of concerns in branches
- Manpower allocation
- Coordination with other departments and branches with regards to repair, renovation, and construction.
- Site visit
- Updating executives with regards to the status of branches.
- Daily reports from maintenance and contractors
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Batchelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an engineering role.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and architectural
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, project management tools, and engineering software.
- Strong understanding of Actual Planning, Materials procurement, and site visits.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
