As a Showroom Officer, you are responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You develop and retain effective working relationships with fellow employees and customers to achieve sales goals, and maximize market penetration. You will ensure that your team is properly trained in product and customer service skills and will drive productivity on the sales floor.
The ability to develop strategies, resolve issues, motivate and manage team; ensure smooth store operations and compliance with all relevant regulations & policies is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's / College degree from a reputable school.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role, preferably with experience in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for customer service.
- Driven, self-starter, willing to work in a challenging and dynamic retail environment.
- Above average grasp of verbal and written English
- Computer proficiency
