Job Description

Posisi ini akan terlibat dalam berbagai project yang ada di BCA dan menjadi bagian dalam proses pengembangan produk secara utuh, mulai dari merancang pengembangan produk/sistem/prosedur, melakukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder, melakukan uji kelayakan atas produk/sistem/prosedur yang dikembangkan, hingga menyusun SOP dan sosialisasi atas pengembangan produk/sistem/prosedur yang sudah siap launching.

Terdapat 2 jalur untuk posisi ini, yaitu:

1. Staf. Karyawan akan melalui masa probation selama 3 bulan dan akan mendapatkan pembekalan teknis dari buddy di unit kerja. Jalur ini terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate dan Experienced Professional.

2. Karyawan PKWT (Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu). Karyawan PKWT akan menjalani masa kontrak selama 1 tahun dengan mendapatkan pembekalan teknis, pelatihan soft skill dan buddy. Setelah menyelesaikan masa kontrak, karyawan PKWT berkesempatan diangkat menjadi karyawan (sesuai dengan hasil penilaian kinerja dan kebijakan perusahaan).

Minimum Qualifications

Terbuka untuk mahasiswa lulusan S1/S2 semua jurusan (diutamakan jurusan Teknik)
IPK minimal 3.00
Usia maksimal 27 tahun
Memiliki minat di bidang pengembangan sistem dan produk
Bersedia ditempatkan di Jabodetabek
