Succesful candiate will provide administrative and clerical support.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents

Provide support to various departments as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduating student of BS Management, Business Administraion, or any related course
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google sheets, docs, etc.)
- Basic skills in Canva for simple layouts and presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented, proacctive, and willing to learn.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
