- Monitor communication tools and internal systems to ensure the achievement of SLA in productivity, accuracy & TAT target.
- Conduct fare quoting diagnostic based on client’s requirements.
- Ensure that all content are loaded to the designated system according to the instructions.
- Report any issues or system limitations to the supervisor.
- Assist team in doing cross QC for fares.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with GDS and/or TPC is an advantage.
