- Crafting responses for online reviews and managing reputation through the various review websites.
- Managing the company's digital marketing efforts on hospitality/travel review sites through regular engagement with clients and followers.
- Reporting to the Corporate Director of Digital Marketing and Public Relations on the market response to the different projects and initiatives.
- Handling the resolution of online complaints and crises in close coordination with department/s concerned.
- Researching the international and local markets and assisting in the development of creative projects and digital marketing campaign ideas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing & Community Management skills
- General knowledge of SEO/SEM, Social Media, Online advertisement
- Presentation/report building experience
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
