Job Overview:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces for clients. This includes developing design concepts, selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring design visions to life.
Role is Open for Quezon City and Bulacan Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of the space.
- Develop and present design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design software to create 3D models and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure design plans are accurately implemented.
- Source and select materials, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- Supervise installation of design elements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ certification). is a plus
- Experience in a specific design field, such as residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
- Project management experience.
