AF Home is looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative to handle online customer inquiries across Facebook, Messenger, email, and other digital channels. This role is critical to both sales conversion and operational accuracy.
You will not only answer inquiries—you are expected to upsell products, encode and report data accurately, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- At least a diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, online selling, or e-commerce support
- Strong written communication skills, especially for chat-based selling
- Proven ability to upsell, recommend products, and close inquiries
- High attention to detail for data encoding and reporting
- Organized, systematic, and comfortable working with spreadsheets or CRM toolsStrong coordination and follow-through skills
- Able to handle multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
Willing to work flexible shifts when required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience handling Facebook Page and Messenger inquiries
- Background in furniture, retail, or e-commerce customer support
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order tracking tools, or chat dashboards (training provided)
- Experience preparing basic operational or sales reports is a plus
