Responsibilities and Duties: Assists senior architects and designers by performing tasks like preparing architectural drawings, researching project details, and helping with client presentations, all while working under the supervision of a lead architect. Assist in the preparation of scale drawings, details, and construction documents. Provide sketches and other design element for conceptualization and documentation Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations. Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations. Communicate with contractors and other project stakeholders. Prepares project coordination and construction management between other departments, management, consultants and contractors, and of various vertical and horizontal development; Prepares design analysis, working drawings, calculations and specifications during design and construction process; Compile and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and paperwork Help with project scheduling and task management.

Conducts onboarding for new hires; refresher trainings in collaboration with line experts, as needed Presents information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops · Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in close collaboration with organizational leaders. Conducts training needs analysis for requested training of other departments. Sources and collaborates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses. Oversees the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors by conducting evaluation. Creates post training activities/evaluations/assessments that validates the effectivity of the conducted trainings Builds an internal network of internal trainers and organizes the regular Train the Trainer sessions Reviews and develops existing training programs and modules. Analzes training data for enhancement and improvement and reports necessary updates in the WBR Collaborates with concerned HCM leaders to validate effectivity of conducted trainings via performance evaluation data. Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of learning and development team Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members Keep up with developments in an area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articles Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols of the organization. Major Responsibilities Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, tri- media, etc.). Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of the campaign. Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy and manage end-to-end digital projects. o Assist in analyzing the marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Produce engaging, clear , and concise copy and captions for different advertising channels. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development and optimization, advertising, and events planning. Collaborate with different business units to create and deliver marketing programs and campaigns. Minor Responsibilities Liaise with third party agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns. Provide valuable support in multifaceted marketing endeavors, campaign, and diverse assignments, as necessitated by superiors, demonstrating versatile and proactive approach.

Formulates and executes HR strategies in line with business objectives. Oversees the various HR functions--ensuring alignment with business goals and directions, as well as promoting customer-centric services that support a healthy employee life cycle. Provides professional leadership, support and development of the HR Team thru training, developmental assignments, sharing and promoting best practices to ensure that relevant and expected professional standards are met Oversees, facilitates and resolves management and employee relations matters. Ensures that the company policies and practices are compliant with current regulations, i.e. Philippine Labor Code, accepted professional standards set, policies and procedures. Advises and strategizes the development and implementation of policies Fosters employee development, engagement, motivation and retention. Provides necessary data and reports on related areas (internal or external in nature), as basis for crucial decision-making. Drives the continuous improvement and takes a lead role in strengthening organizational culture ensuring corporate values are displayed, leadership capabilities are fully developed or sufficiently skilled and enabled to activate their HR roles.

Major Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with company goals. Identify and source new suppliers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with current suppliers. Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company standards. Monitor trends in the market to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that agreements meet the business's quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value maximization. Monitor spend analysis and report on key metrics to identify areas for savings. Process Optimization & Compliance Oversee the development and improvement of procurement processes, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements. Implement procurement best practices to optimize procurement workflows and reduce procurement cycle times. Minor Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. Build a high-performing procurement function through effective leadership and continuous improvement. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and legal to achieve overall business goals. Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure contingency plans are in place to address disruptions in the supply chain.
