Duties & Responsibilities
● Report directly to the HR Lead and provide regular updates on assigned HR functions.
● Maintain and update 201 files, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
● Assist the Recruitment Assistant in the hiring process, including sourcing, screening,
interview scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment documentation.
● Support end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely filling of open positions.
● Review and validate the attendance of remote employees on a semi-monthly basis to
ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
● Propose and conduct employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a
positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and strengthen retention.
● Assist the HR Lead in handling employee relations concerns, investigations, disciplinary
actions, and related documentation.
● Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
● Monitor employee leaves and employee movements.
● Coordinate government-mandated benefits and compliance requirements.
● Prepare and submit HR reports and other required documentation.
● Respond to employee and management inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
● Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR
processes.
● Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Lead or Management.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
KPI 1 — Employee Records & HR Compliance (Primary)
Focus on accurate, complete, and updated HR documentation, with emphasis on 201 file management of onsite employees.
● Maintain and ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of 201 files, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation for onsite employees
● Ensure all employee data updates (movement, status, contract changes) are properly
documented and filed on time
● Semi-monthly attendance validation of remote employees completed accurately and
without delay
● HR documents and records are consistently updated with zero backlog
● Government-mandated benefits and compliance requirements properly recorded and
maintained
● Measured on accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and audit readiness of all HR files
KPI 2 — Recruitment, Employee Relations & HR Support Execution
Focus on recruitment support, employee relations, engagement, and overall HR operational support.
● Assist end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding,
documentation) ensuring timely filling of roles
● Support HR Lead in handling employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary
actions, and documentation with proper due process
● Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives as required
● Propose and conduct employee engagement programs to improve retention and
employee satisfaction
● Respond to employee and management inquiries within required turnaround time
● Prepare and submit HR reports accurately and on schedule
● Maintain confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism at all times
● Measured on recruitment efficiency, employee relations handling, engagement
execution, and reporting compliance
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a
related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of proven HR Generalist experience, handling multiple HR
functions independently.
● Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory benefits, employee
relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance.
● Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
● Experience drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate
professionally across all organizational levels.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines without close supervision.
● High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential
information.
● Must possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office.
● Willing and able to work onsite on a full-time basis.
● Must reside in San Andres Bukid, Manila, or nearby areas.
