Engineering Head  

• The Engineering Head is responsible for overseeing all engineering operations and facilities management for Sunstar Mall.
• This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance schedules, managing a team of technicians and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• The Engineering Head will ensure that the mall's physical infrastructure, systems, and equipment are well-maintained to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for tenants and customers.

Job Qualifications:

• Have Bachelor’s Degree in the field of engineering
• Have good knowledge on various engineering disciplines and policies
• With at least 5 years experience in engineering handling maintenance team.
• Proven supervisory and technical skills and can handle various engineering department (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC/Chiller, STP and Civil)
• Knowledgeable with centralized air-conditioning and knows how the Cooling System, cooling tower and chillers works
• Knowledgeable to conduct troubleshooting of the Air Handling Unit, coil, filters, Induction Motors, and Motor Controls
• Knowledgeable with Oil Immersed and Dry Type Transformers
• Knowledgeable with Sewage Treatment Plant
• Knowledgeable with submersible and fire pumps
• Should have good interpersonal skills and decision making skills
• Must have a good oral and written communication skills
• With experience as PCO and BOSH Safety Officer is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned at Sunstar Mall Sta. Cruz, Laguna
