Adarna House is in need of an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Associate to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience. This role will also oversee internship programs and support recruitment for project-based and contractual positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless transition into the organization.
- Administer employee offboarding, including clearance, exit interviews, documentation, and coordination with concerned departments.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage the company's internship program, including partnerships with schools and supervision of interns throughout their engagement.
- Lead recruitment efforts for project-based, contractual, and consultant positions based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant databases, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or general HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with major recruitment platforms, a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Able to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Must have a sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
