Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Customer Service Associate (Insurance) role.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Associate (Insurance), you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Review completeness and compliance of all documents received.
- Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
- Analyze information to determine proper handling of work.
- Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately.
- Update existing agent record in the system, if needed.
- Create and post correspondences, if needed.
- Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Open to college graduate and under graduate with relevant work experience
- Must have 1 year of experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in Filinvest, Alabang
- Must be flexible with shifts
