Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Payroll Analyst role.
About the Role: As a Payroll Analyst, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs.
- Performs various analysis and reconciliations.
- Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Prepares various Global Equity Shares contribution requirements.
- Handles payroll accounting and accruals.
- Siebel Administration (employee inquiries)
- Handles tax and statutory requirements
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Prepare working files for government statutory processing and reporting
- Prepare working files for monthly tax and year-end annualization
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1-2 years’ experience in Payroll
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
