Field Nurse

Zennya is looking for field nurses who can do in-home care and perform services related to blood test, specimen collection, basic diagnostics, vaccination and IV therapy.

In this role, you will:

Have the flexibility to choose your working hours and preferred location in Metro Manila; you can work part-time and pre-schedule your availability via a mobile app

Obtain blood samples or specimen and perform other procedures related to providing vaccination or IV therapy

Enter patient information and document patient care services into an electronic health records system

Strictly adhere to safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and protocols

Explain the procedure or test and possible outcomes to patients

Have the opportunity to hone a specialization through a continuous program-specific training

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending in-house trainings

Areas of assignment : Cavite, Laguna, Las pinas and Paranaque

• Philippine Registered Nurse with active professional license and at least one year of hospital experience

  Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a top school (e.g. UST, UP, WVSU, SLU)

  Trained in IV therapy or phlebotomy

  Excellent verbal and written communication in English and comfortable with online communication tools

  Detail-oriented, able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment

  Excellent interpersonal skills (able to engage with all kinds of people)

  Able to move readily from one location to another

  Have good visual acuity with ability to discriminate color reactions

  Caring and compassionate nature

  A natural desire to serve and make a positive contribution in the lives of others

  Have integrity, dependability and accountability in the performance of service

  Able to exercise ethical judgment and maintain patient confidentiality
