Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in driving dealer profitability, expansion feasibility, and strategic financial decision-making.
This position requires a professional who can operate independently, handle complex financial analysis, and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Performance & Profitability
- Analyze monthly dealer financials (profitability, breakeven volume, cash flow, credit standing)
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Monitor dealer receivables and financial health
2. Expansion & Feasibility Studies
- Evaluate new dealerships, service center, and T-Sure facility projects
- Develop financial models and capital budgeting tools
- Conduct profitability assessments and scenario analysis
3. Risk & Governance
- Participate in risk management and tax impact assessments
- Standardize dealer accounting practices for consistent reporting
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Build Power BI dashboards and financial reports
- Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve finance operations
- Train and support new dealers on reporting and financial processes
Minimum Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Management Accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or business analysis
- Exposure to feasibility studies, budgeting, forecasting, or investment evaluation
- CPA license is an advantage, but not required
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
